WHAT IS THE INTERNAL PROCESSING REGIME?
The Inward Processing Regime is an export incentive system that provides customs exemption for raw materials or inputs required by exporting companies to produce export products and imported, therefore subject to customs duty.
The inward processing certificate / permit issued by the Ministry of Commerce allows domestic purchases and/or imports with customs exemption for export purposes.
 
The Inward Processing Regime allows the importation of materials that cannot be supplied at world prices, cannot be supplied at all, or are not of sufficient quality, from abroad with customs exemption, to increase exports by reducing input costs, to give export products competitiveness in international markets, to develop export markets. and to diversify its export products.
 
 ADVANTAGES OF THE INTERNAL PROCESSING REGIME
- Exemption from customs duty, VAT, SCT and other taxes and funds on imports,
- Tax, duty and fee exemption, KKDF exemption,
- Not subject to trade policy measures,
- To be able to make domestic purchases within the framework of the Postponement-Abandonment system in VAT,
- Realization of domestic sales and deliveries besides export,
- It can be counted as a guarantee deduction regarding the taxes to be collected on imports.
 
Businesses considering exporting can benefit from various conveniences and incentives, provided that they are exempt from various tax burdens and export commitment to the government for the raw materials, auxiliary materials, semi-finished products, finished products, intermediate goods and packaging materials to be used in the production of the goods planned to be exported. In order to benefit from the incentives, it is obligatory to obtain a Domestic Processing Permit or a Domestic Processing Permit.
Applications for Domestic Processing Permit that can be obtained for simple transactions are submitted to the customs administration; Applications for Inward Processing Permit, which can be obtained for comprehensive transactions, are made electronically to the Ministry of Commerce, Export General Directorate.
Domestic Processing Permit Certificate is a document issued pursuant to the Inward Processing Regime Communiqué numbered 2006/12. Contract closing transactions of Inward Processing Permit Certificates are carried out by the relevant regional directorate determined by the Ministry (General Directorate of Export).
 
INFORMATION ABOUT DOCUMENT PURCHASE
